Referral Program Policy

1. Program Purpose

The Referral Program aims to reward Plinfy users ("Referrers") who bring new paying clients ("Referred Users"). The program seeks to encourage sustainable, collaborative, and ethical growth of the user community, subject to the rules, terms, and conditions presented herein.

2. How It Works

• The Referrer receives an exclusive referral link automatically generated by Plinfy, which can be found in the Referrals menu of the dashboard.
• The Referred User must use that link to create their paid Plinfy account and make their first plan or service purchase.
• The referral bonus for the Referrer will be calculated on the net value of the Referred User's confirmed first purchase (after deducting indirect taxes, bank fees, payment method charges, and any promotional discounts), respecting the percentages or amounts in effect defined in the Program control panel for each chosen renewal cycle (monthly or annual, according to the contracted payment method).
• There will be no bonus on renewals, subsequent purchases, or future plan upgrades by the Referred User.
• Participation in the Program does not guarantee any minimum income, with the referral bonus conditioned exclusively on effective conversion of new paying clients, under the terms provided herein.

3. Bonus Amounts, Timelines, and Conditions

The referral bonus amount will be:

• Bonus credit will be made available in the Referrer's Plinfy wallet after 45 (forty-five) days, provided the Referred User's account remains active with no cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds during that period.
• Accumulated bonus may be used exclusively within the Plinfy platform to pay for plans, upgrades, or other eligible services, according to current rules.
• Withdrawal, transfer, or conversion of accumulated bonus into cash is not permitted.
• Bonus balance will remain valid indefinitely; Plinfy may change this condition with 30 days' prior notice, without prejudice to bonuses already accrued.
• The bonus is classified as non-monetary promotional credit for exclusive use within the Plinfy platform to pay for plans, upgrades, or other eligible services.

4. Restrictions on Use of the Referral Link

The Referral Program is exclusively for personal, non-commercial use, and sharing the referral link is permitted only with people in the Referrer's direct network, such as friends, family, or colleagues. The following is prohibited:

• Mass dissemination of the link on websites, forums, public channels, or open coupon groups;
• Selling, assigning, sublicensing, or transferring the link for a fee;
• Promising benefits, discounts, or conditions not authorized by Plinfy;
• Using automated systems or bots to send the link.

Violation of these rules may result in precautionary blocking, suspension, or permanent removal from the Program.

4.1. Paid Ads and Digital Marketing

Users may use paid ads to promote their referral link, but must:

• Clearly disclose that it is a referral link, transparently for the consumer.
• Assume full responsibility for content, costs, and any violations of ad platform policies (for example: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook/Instagram, or equivalent platforms).
• Comply with all advertising rules and policies of each ad network.
• Not use Plinfy registered trademarks as keywords or domain names without prior express authorization.
• Ensure content does not violate third-party rights (copyright, image, or trademark).
• Plinfy may request immediate removal of content that violates internal policies or legislation, with no right to compensation.

4.2. Spam and Abusive Practices

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited mass communications (spam);
• Using automated systems or bots to distribute the link fraudulently, creating false, multiple, or fictitious accounts;
• Promoting the link in a misleading, abusive manner or in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Plinfy reserves the right to suspend or cancel participation in the Program if abusive, misleading, or fraudulent practices are identified. Under no circumstances may the Referrer promise benefits, discounts, bonuses, or conditions not officially provided by Plinfy to their referrals. Under no circumstances may the Referrer resell, sublicense, or assign for consideration (sell or transfer for a fee) their referral link. In case of suspected fraud, Plinfy may precautionarily block the bonus and notify the user to respond within 10 days. If the violation is confirmed, the bonus will be canceled and the participant may be permanently removed from the Program.

5. Referred Users' Data

Data provided by the Referred User during Plinfy registration will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Referrer will not have access to the Referred User's complete personal data, except for minimal status information (for example, whether they qualified for the bonus), exclusively for referral tracking purposes. Plinfy commits to providing the Referrer with minimal information about referral qualification and progress in the dashboard, ensuring Program transparency. Legal basis: Art. 7, V and IX, of Law 13.709/18 (contract performance and legitimate interest). Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill these purposes and processed securely, transparently, and limited to the minimum necessary. The Referrer may not collect, store, or process third-party personal data on their own. The data subject may exercise their rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection through the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at hello@plinfy.com.

6. Fraudulent Referrals

Plinfy may cancel, suspend, or withhold bonus amounts in the following cases:

• Detection of signs of fraud or bad faith in creating fake accounts;
• Self-referral (referring yourself with multiple accounts);
• Breach of Terms and Conditions of Use or these Program Terms;
• Refunded or reversed payments by the Referred User.

The beneficiary will be notified and may present a defense within 10 business days. If fraud is confirmed, the bonus will be permanently canceled. Forming sub-referrer networks or passing the referral link to third parties for successive sharing or chain benefits is not permitted.

7. Program Changes or Termination

Plinfy may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with prior notice published on its website 30 days in advance. Changes will not affect bonuses already accrued before the effective date of the new version. Continued use after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

8. Responsibilities and Legal Nature of the Operation

• The referral bonus is classified as promotional bonus for exclusive use within the Plinfy platform and does not constitute remuneration, salary, commission, or payment for services rendered.
• The Referrer acknowledges that amounts accumulated in their Plinfy wallet do not create an obligation to withdraw, transfer, or convert to cash.
• Plinfy may, at its discretion, review or change Program rules, always with prior notice to participants.
• Use of the Referral Program does not create a corporate, employment, agency, or representation relationship between the Referrer and Plinfy.
• The Program is exclusively promotional and generated bonus is for internal platform use, with no cash conversion or payment obligation.
• Plinfy may suspend accounts of users who violate this policy or compromise platform integrity, including blocking accumulated bonuses, without prior notice.

9. Copyright and Brand Use

All Plinfy content, brands, logos, text, and graphic elements are protected by the Copyright Law (Law 9.610/98) and the Industrial Property Law (Law 9.279/96). The Referrer is prohibited from reproducing, copying, altering, or using such elements without prior express authorization.

10. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated periodically. If there are significant changes, we will notify users 30 days in advance by email or through a notice on the platform. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your agreement with the new terms.

11. Provisions on Law and Jurisdiction

This Referral Program is governed by Plinfy's Terms and Conditions of Use, which establish applicable law and jurisdiction for resolving any disputes.
