Community Standards

1. Scope and Definitions

These Standards apply to all Plinfy Users, including visitors and profile creators.

• User: Any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the Plinfy platform.
• Platform: The website, subdomains, applications, and services offered by Plinfy.
• Content: Any information, data, text, link, image, or file published, shared, or disclosed by the User on the Platform.

2. Adult Content

Plinfy allows promotion of certain adult content, provided it complies with applicable law and stays within ethical limits.

Permitted:

• Inserting links to legally permitted adult content in your jurisdiction, provided Plinfy requires the User to explicitly mark the profile/link as containing adult material and implement an age-restriction gate (age-gate) before access to the content.
• Promoting adult content you produce and sell on other platforms.

Not permitted:

• Direct upload of adult content (images, videos, files, etc.) on the Plinfy platform.
• Embedding social media feeds that display adult content directly on Plinfy.
• Promotion, advertising, or linking to prostitution services, trafficking, or any directly commercialized sexual service.
• Sharing AI-generated adult content that imitates third parties without consent.
• Using Plinfy resources to process payments or donations related to adult content.

Note: Certain links may automatically receive a "sensitive content" label. When this label is applied, content will be displayed with a warning screen or removed, depending on the severity of the violation.

3. Hate Speech

We value freedom of expression, but we do not tolerate content that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on: race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition, military status, or age.

4. Electoral Fraud

Using Plinfy to disseminate false or misleading information about electoral processes is prohibited, including voting dates and locations, eligibility requirements, and procedures. Any attempt to buy or sell votes is also prohibited.

5. Use of Usernames and URLs

Usernames must be chosen and used fairly and responsibly. The following is prohibited:

• Buying, selling, or trading usernames.
• Registering names to prevent use by third parties.
• Creating offensive names.

6. Illegal Products and Services

Do not use Plinfy to promote, sell, or advertise illegal or regulated products or services without proper licensing, such as:

• illicit drugs
• weapons and ammunition
• counterfeit or stolen products
• human trafficking
• gambling
• unlicensed betting platforms
• alcoholic beverages and tobacco without proper license
• fireworks and explosives
• human body parts
• endangered or protected species
• false or stolen identification documents
• hazardous/toxic materials

Additionally, using Plinfy to support, facilitate, or broker illegal third-party activities is prohibited, even if you are not the direct author.

7. Spam and Fraud

The following is prohibited:

• Creating links to websites that collect data in a deceptive or fraudulent manner.
• Creating multiple accounts for abusive promotion of products or services (spam).
• Using Plinfy to promote pyramid schemes, chain letters, financial scams, get-rich-quick systems, or any form of fraud that exploits the trust of other Users.

8. Harassment

Content that intimidates, threatens, stalks, or humiliates individuals is prohibited.

9. Extremist or Terrorist Content

Promotion, financing, fundraising, or glorification of extremist or terrorist groups is prohibited.

10. Child Exploitation

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child exploitation. Suspicious content will be removed immediately and reported to the competent authorities.

11. Self-Harm and Risk Behaviors

Promoting or encouraging suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders is not permitted. If you need help, we recommend contacting healthcare professionals or support organizations.

12. Violent Content

Sharing content that shows extreme violence, mutilation, torture, or excessively disturbing images is prohibited.

13. Copyright and Trademarks

Do not publish or share content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other third-party intellectual property rights. To report an intellectual property violation, the rights holder must send a formal Takedown Notice containing the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work or registered trademark that was infringed.
2. Identification of the infringing material on Plinfy (with exact URL).
3. Contact information of the requester (name, address, phone, email).
4. Statement that the requester believes in good faith that use of the material was not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.

Plinfy will act promptly to remove or disable access to the material after receiving a valid notice.

14. Privacy and Data Collection by Users

The following is prohibited:

• Disclosing third-party personal data without consent.
• Creating fake profiles to impersonate another person or organization.

Data Collection by Users: If the User chooses to collect data from their visitors (e.g., via forms or third-party cookies), they must:

• Implement an explicit consent mechanism (cookie/privacy banner) on the profile.
• Clearly inform users of their privacy policy.
• Assume full and exclusive responsibility for processing that data, in compliance with the LGPD and other applicable laws.

15. Misinformation

15.1. General Misinformation

We do not allow dissemination of false content that puts public safety or collective health at risk, such as conspiracy theories or manipulated content without clear identification.

15.2. Medical and Health Content

Disseminating medical or health information that may induce unproven treatments, put people's lives and safety at risk, or promote unfounded miracle cures is prohibited. All health information must strictly comply with standards of the Federal Council of Medicine (CFM), National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA), and other applicable health regulators.

16. Security and Technical Integrity

Attempting to exploit flaws, bugs, or vulnerabilities of Plinfy, as well as using reverse engineering, unauthorized automation, or other practices that may compromise platform integrity, confidentiality, or availability is prohibited.

17. Moderation Measures and Appeal

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Standards, without prior notice, whenever there is risk to platform integrity, security, or reputation.

17.1. Appeal Process

In case of permanent account suspension or content removal for violation of these Standards, the User has the right to submit an Appeal. The appeal must be sent to our Technical Support within 7 (seven) days after notification of the decision. Plinfy commits to review the appeal and provide a final response as soon as possible.

18. User Responsibility

Each User is responsible for content they publish, share, or disclose on Plinfy, including compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Use of the platform does not imply any endorsement or prior verification by Plinfy.

19. Changes to Community Standards

Plinfy may revise these Community Standards whenever necessary to maintain platform security and compliance. Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon publication. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after publication of changes will be considered full agreement with the new wording.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Community Standards are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties choose the courts of Porto Alegre/RS to resolve any questions or disputes arising from these Standards, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
